How to Set Workout Reminder?

If you wish to have a note pop-up when you'll start your next workout session, then setting up a Workout Reminder will work well to your advantage. 

Follow the steps below:

  • Access the Settings page by clicking Profile from the bottom tab

  • Under Notifications, look for Workout Reminder
    • Note: Make sure that Push Notifications are turned on.

  • Click the turn on/off button to select the days you wish to be notified

  • Change the time accordingly.
