While performing your workout routine, you are able to edit the values for the reps, sets, and timer for each exercise within your routine.
- Open the JEFIT app and click on the "Workout" tab at the bottom corner of your screen.
- Select the exercise day that you would like to perform and on the exercise list page, choose the exercise you wish to edit.
- Slide the exercise to the left and you will see three options.
- To edit, select the first icon.
- You will be directed to the page where you can edit your reps, sets, and timer for each exercise.
- After editing, click the Check Mark button to save the changes.
