After recording your logs and workout data with the application, you are able to view the progress graphs for your One Rep Maximum and Total Volume of Weight Lifted.
To view your progression charts you can view these charts from either the Exercise Detail Page or the Resting Timer Page.
ONE REP MAX (1RM):
- By clicking on the 4th button to the right of the goal bar on the exercise detail page, JEFIT will generate a graph from your previous recordings for your One Rep Max. You will be able to view your progression from the first time you recorded your 1RM up until your last 1RM.
TOTAL VOLUME CHART:
- When you go to the Profile's page, select "Training Report" by clicking on this icon, JEFIT will generate a graph for the progression of total volume lifted for that exercise from each day you have performed that exercise.
