With JEFIT, you are able to track the progress of 6 Pre-Set Benchmark Exercises

- Barbell Shoulder Press
- Unfortunately, we can't remove nor add your exercises to these Pre-Set Benchmark exercises for now. If you wish to add exercises for easy tracking, you can add them as Favorites. You can view steps: Click here
To track your progress and manage your benchmark exercises, you will either add these exercises into your current workout routine and begin tracking your workout progress for each; or manually creating logs for each of the exercises.
By creating and recording logs for each of the exercises, you will be updating the data tracked for each, changing up the graphs and more so you can see your progression for the exercises listed.
- Click Progress from the bottom menu.
- Scroll and select Training Reports
- Click on the check icon and it will bring up your benchmark tracking.
