With JEFIT, you are able to track the progress of 6 Pre-Set Benchmark Exercises
- Barbell Bench Press
- Barbell Deadlift
- Barbell Squat
- Barbell Curl
- Barbell Lying Extension
- Barbell Shoulder Press
To track your progress and manage your benchmark exercises, you will either add these exercises into your current workout routine and begin tracking your workout progress for each; or manually creating logs for each of the exercises.
By creating and recording logs for each of the exercises, you will be updating the data tracked for each, changing up the graphs and more so you can see your progression for the exercises listed.
As you set exercises as your "favorite" exercises, these exercises will also be tracked as your custom benchmark exercises to track your progress and stats for.
Android : To view your Favorites tracking you will want to click on the top left navigational slider panel and then click on the button labeled "Training Progress"
iPhone : To access your Favorites tracking and progress charts you will want to click on the tab labeled "Progress" at the bottom right corner of the screen.
You will be re-directed to the reports page where you will be able to view all of the progress and tracking for your workouts that you have recorded.
After which you will then slide the application/screen to the right until you reach the page labeled "Favorites Tracking".
Here all of the exercises that you have set as your "favorite", will be listed and you will be able to view your workout progress and training stats for these select exercises.
