The workout summary is a features that at the end of your workout, JEFIT provides you with a progress report for how well you have trained and how long your workout has lasted.
At the beginning of performing your workout routine, the app will prompt you to start your workout and tracking using the workout summary feature.
Once you have completed your workout, a progress report will be shown for you to view the overall results of the workout you have just done.
With the workout summary page, this information will be provided for you :
- Session Length
- Total Rest Time
- Length Of Actual Workout
- Total Exercises Done
- Total Weight Lifted
- New Records Recorded
