As you set exercises as your "favorite" exercises, these exercises will be able to be tracked and view progress as you record logs.
First, on your profile page you will want to click the sliding navigational panel at the top left hand corner of the screen and click on the "Training Progress" button.
You will be re-directed to the reports page where you will be able to view all of the progress and tracking for your workouts that you have recorded.
After which you will then slide the application/screen to the right until you reach the page labeled "Favorites Tracking".
Here all of the exercises that you have set as your "favorite", will be listed and you will be able to view your workout progress and training stats for these select exercises.
