In regards to your wasted time, we calculate this based upon the total workout time (session timer) compared to the resting time and amount of time that we calculate to perform each exercise in your routine.

So lets say your total workout time is a total of 50 minutes and you get a minute or so for each exercise in your routine and resting time for each is a minute.

So the total amount of time you spent on each exercise was 20 minutes and then rest time was 20 minutes, then JEFIT will calculate this extra in your workout session as a wasted time.

We have a specific algorithm to calculate this information data so sometime it fluctuates but we are working on improving the current algorithm so that this data shows/displays more coherently and produces consistent data.
