I Found A Bug, How Do I Report It?

Bugs and glitches are inevitable thus we take all bugs and issues that occur with our app very seriously and strive hard to resolve any and all errors that occur when using our products.

To submit any bug errors for our applications you have multiple options.

  • You can email/submit a support ticket to us at support@jefit.com in regards to any bug errors that you are currently experiencing.
  • You may post any bug errors or issues on the forums in the "JEFIT App and Website Questions" section.
  • You may contact us via Facebook Page and send us a message. 
  • You can also use Twitter to report the bug. 
    • Though it may take time for us to respond, do know that the issues reported is acknowledged accordingly. 

As stated we take all bug issues very seriously, so if you do experience a bug, please email us and let us know about these issues as soon as possible so that we can fix them and resolve them quickly.
