Have you received a database error when trying to synchronize your data with the JEFIT Server?
A database error normally occurs if you are using an older version of our app.
The reason this error occurs is because the older versions of the app contain and send older data to the server, thus this data isn't able to register or connect with our current version of the database.
Thus with this inability to transfer data, the app will register this fault as a database error and you will not be able to update or synchronize your information.
By updating your application, you will be able to resolve any issues connecting to the database.
