Using JEFIT, you are able to take progress pictures with your phone and upload them into your online profile to show your progress off to your friends.
You will want to open up JEFIT and on the home screen you will want to click on the "Stats" page so that you are brought to your main stats page.
Once on this page you will want to search for the camera icon to load up all of the progress pictures that are currently stored within your app.
On the progress picture image listing, you will notice a few buttons on the bottom of the page allowing you to edit, delete and even upload and download progress pictures.
From here you will notice a button with an arrow pointing upward, this is the upload progress picture feature.
You will be able to upload all progress pictures that you have taken with your phone and send them to your online profile
By clicking on the upload button, you will be able to select images that you have taken with your device or from your phone's gallery to upload to the server.
Once you have selected the images that you would like to upload to the server, click the upload button and the images will be sent to your profile.
Opening the application you will click on the main slider navigation and select the "Progress Pictures" tab.
On this page you will want to click on the button with an arrow pointing upwards above a rectangular line underneath it or the "Upload" icon.
By clicking on this icon, JEFIT will take the list of progress pictures currently stored within your application and allow you to decide on which ones that you would like to upload into your online profile.
Click within the check boxes to select which pictures you would like to upload, then after you will click on the upload button and your progress pictures will be sent to the server and stored within your account.
