You have multiple options if you have forgotten your JEFIT Password.
- From the Login Page, you will notice underneath the username and password fields the button that states "Forgot Password?"
- After which you will be redirected to a page that will ask you for your email address for your account and resend you a password for your JEFIT Profile.
- If you cannot remember the email address for your profile or the password isn't working for your account, you may email the JEFIT Support Team. The team will then go into the database, locate your account, issue you a new password and allow for you to re-login to your JEFIT Account.
- You can email the support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or issue a support ticket so that the team can assist you with gaining access you to your account.
