How Do I Reset My Password?

You might be wondering how you can change your password. 

Do know that you can only reset your password using the two options listed below:

Once on this screen you will notice the "New Password" section and you will be able to change your current password to a new password of your choosing.

  • The second option is to email us at with your username or email address, the team will be able to log into the database, locate your JEFIT Profile and issue you a new or temporary password for your profile.
