I Have Purchased Elite But Cannot Access Routines?

If you have purchased JEFIT Elite, but you aren't able to gain access to the Elite Routines on the website, it seems that your Elite Membership has not been activated by the server. This usually happens when your iTunes/Playstore email is different from your JEFIT email. 

To gain access to these workout routines, we recommend that you contact the JEFIT Support Team with your purchase receipt, username and email for your account so that the JEFIT Team can locate your purchase, find your account and give you access to JEFIT Elite and the Elite Routines.

Or if you have purchased it from iTunes/AppStore, just click the Restore/Upgrade button once again so that it'll trigger activation. No worries, you will not be charged the second time.
