How Do I Send My .Bak File To You?

If you are experiencing any issues using the Android Application, you can send us your .Bak file to take a look into the bugs that are plaguing your usage of our app.

To send us your .Bak file you will follow the steps listed below :

1.) Open JEFIT -> Profile -> Backup -> Select your format (Free or Paid) A backup file will be created in your SD card at /sdcard/jefit/jefit.bak or /sdcard/jefit/jefit_pro.bak.

2.) Send this file to us via email or directly from any file manager app

This will allow us to test out the JEFIT App that you are currently running on your device and debug the issue/see what the current issue is.
