How Do I View My Progress Graphs?

After recording your logs and workout data with the application, you are able to view the progress graphs for your One Rep Maximum and Total Volume of Weight Lifted.

To view your progression charts you can view these charts from either the Exercise Detail Page or the Resting Timer Page. 

Exercise Detail Page 

One Rep Max
By clicking on the 2nd button to the left of the goal bar on the exercise detail page, JEFIT will generate a graph from your previous recordings for your One Rep Max. You will be able to view your progression from the first time you recorded your 1RM up until your last 1RM. 

       

Total Volume Chart

With the 1st Button, by clicking on this icon, JEFIT will generate a graph for the progression of total volume lifted for that exercise from each day you have performed that exercise.

     

 

 

Resting Timer Page

 

One Rep Max

 

     

 

By clicking on the 1st button, JEFIT will generate a graph from your previous recordings for your One Rep Max. You will be able to view your progression from the first time you recorded your 1RM up until your last 1RM.

With the 2nd Button on the pop up menu, JEFIT will generate a graph for the progression of total volume lifted for that exercise from each day you have performed that exercise.
