How Do I Write Notes?

Have a note to write about an exercise that you have just done or how your workout went that day?

Being able record notes for an exercise or an exercise day helps keep you up to date on your own progress, how previous exercise days have went or if you have any notes for a future workout day.

To record these notes you can take them down either on the exercise detail, resting timer or from the logs page. 

Exercise Detail Page 

From the exercise detail page you will want to locate the exercise that you would like to record logs from the exercise database.

While on the exercise detail page you will look to the top right hand corner of the screen for the "Notes" icon. 

 

By clicking on this icon you will be taken to the notes creation screen where you will be able to manually create notes for the current exercise that you have selected.

You are also able to select the date of when you would like this note to appear on along with recording as many notes as you would like for said exercise. 

Do Exercise / Weight - Rep Recording Page 

On the Weight - Rep Recording Page you will click on the blue carrot icon at the center of the page to bring up the pop up menu for the countdown and stopwatch functionalities.

To access all of the notes written for said exercise you will click on the button on the bottom right hand corner.

This will bring you to the notes page in which you will be able to view all notes you have written for said exercise or write new notes. 

  

 

 

Resting Timer Page 

 

While performing your workout routine, after completing a set you will be taken to the Resting Timer Screen. On this page you will be able to click the pop up menu and on this menu there will be a "Notes" button which will allow you to record notes for the exercise that you are currently performing. 

Afterwards you will want to click on the the "Save" icon at the top right hand corner of the screen to save the note/notes that you have just created for that date.

Logs Page 

Through the logs page, first you will want to open up the app and then click the "Logs" button from the main slider menu.

Once on the calendar view you will select the date that you would like to record logs for. On the specific log detail page, you will want to slide the page until you come to the page labeled "Notes" or has the pencil icon. 

From here you will be able to enter in the note you would like to record for this day or link the note to a specific exercise.

 

 

Afterwards you will want to click on the the "Save" icon at the top right hand corner of the screen to save the note/notes that you have just created for that date.
