How Does JEFIT Track Cardio?

Using JEFIT you are also able to track your logs and data for cardio exercises.

When performing a select cardio exercise in your workout routine, you will be able to record such data :

  • Calories Burned
  • Distance Traveled
  • Speed of Cardio Performed
  • Lap / Reps
  • Duration of the Cardio Exercise



          



To fill in the text fields you will take the information recorded from your cardio workout and input each text box/field with the data that you have tracked for your cardio exercises.
