When opening up the JEFIT Application you will open up the main navigational slider menu and click on the "Find A Routine" tab.
Once you are brought to the Routine Manager page, you will be able to see all of the routines stored within your account.
On this page you will notice at the top left corner a box with a "+" sign, this is the routine creation option where you will be able to create your routine.
Clicking on this button, you will be able to create a routine with a name, difficulty, routine, days/week, day type and add a description for your routine. After you complete the routine you will click the "Save button" on the top right hand corner to save your routine.
Then you will be brought back to the routine manager page, click on your created routine, then click the "Set As Default" button to set it as your default.
You will go back to the main routines page and start adding your workout days of what days you will workout while in the gym.
On the page there is the box with a "+" sign in it and you will be able to start creating you workout days for your routine.
First you will want to click on the slider menu at the top left corner of the screen and click on the "Workout Plans" button.
Once on this page you will want to click on the "add" icon at the top right hand corner of the screen to create a new workout routine.
After entering in the information for your new workout routine and clicking save, you will be able click on the workout routine that you have just created and start creating workout days.
On the exercise day list you will want to click on the same "add" button to create workout days for the routine that you have just created.
From there, after creating your exercise days, you will be able to add exercises that you would like to perform into the exercise days that you have just created.
