How Do I Set Up A Goal?

 Body Stat Goals

You are easily able to set up your body stat goals by clicking on the "Update Body Stats" button from the left panel slider menu.

 



Once on the "Body Progress" page you will notice at the top right hand corner of the screen, the set body goal icon.





Clicking on this button will bring you to the "Set Goals" page where you will be able to set the goals and date you want to achieve these goals for all of the body stats that you are currently recording using the app.


       


Once you have set your body stat goals, click the "Calendar" button on the top right hand corner of the screen.

The application will then adjust accordingly on the stats page, giving you a progress bar to let you know how well your current stats compare to your body stat goals.

Training Stat / Individual Exercise Goals

Through the exercise detail page, you are able to set your training stat goals for individual exercises that you are performing within your workout routines.

If you are looking to set your goals through the exercise detail page, you will want to navigate through the exercise pages until you find the workout you would like to set goals for.

On the detail page, you will look for the "goal" button in the middle of the page underneath the animation image.





By clicking on this button, the app will bring in the goal entering function. On this section of the page you will be able to set the goal that you would like to achieve for the exercise that you will be performing.





Once you have entered in the goal for the exercise, you will click on the "Save Goal" button to save the variable that you would like to achieve while performing that exercise.

Body Stat Goals

You are easily able to set up your body stat goals through the "Body Stats" tab from your home page.

Once on the stats tab you will look on the Tab Bar section until you notice the last button in the list, a profile image with flag next to it, this is the "Set Goals" button.





Clicking on this button will bring you to the "Set Goals" page where you will be able to set the goals for all of the body stats that you are currently recording using the app.



Once you have set your body stat goals, the application will adjust accordingly on the stats page, giving you a progress bar to let you know how well your current stats compare to your body stat goals.


Training Stat / Individual Exercise Goals

Through the exercise detail page, you are able to set your training stat goals for individual exercises that you are performing within your workout routines.

If you are looking to set your goals through the exercise detail page, you will want to navigate through the exercise pages until you find the workout you would like to set goals for.

On the detail page, you will look for the flag or "goal" icon in the middle of the page underneath the animation image.





By clicking on this button, the app will bring up a keyboard and goal entering function that will allow you to set the goal that you would like to achieve for that exercise.




Once you have entered in the goal for the exercise, you will click on the "Set Goal" button to save the variable that you would like to achieve while performing that exercise.

Through the Resting Timer page, you are also able to set a goal that you would like to achieve while performing that exercise within your routine.

On the resting timer page, above the current set 1RM goal bar, you will notice the flag or "set goal" button.






Click on this button and the application will initiate the goal setting functionality where you will be able to set the goal for the current exercise you are performing.





After you have entered in your goal, you will click on the "Set Goal" button to save the data you have just entered in.

Website 

Body Stats

Via the website you will want to log into your My-JEFIT profile page.

Once you are logged into your profile, you will notice on the tab bars underneath your username, the button that is labeled "Body Stats"

Clicking on this button will bring you to your body stat progress along with the ability to set goals and update your current stats.





Clicking on the "Manage Your Goals" button will allow you to manage your current body stat goals along with the ability to set a date for the current goals that you have set up for your body stats.

After you have entered in your goals, you will click the "Set Goals" button and JEFIT will publish newly set training objectives on your news feed and will keep you informed on how many days you have left to achieve the goal you have set.

Training Stats

Next to the body stats tab, you will click the training stats tab which will show you your current progress for your benchmark exercises.

On this page you will click the "Manage Your Goals" button that will allow you to set goals for the benchmark exercises that you have within JEFIT.





On this page you will be able to set the weight goal that you would like to achieve for your benchmark exercises along with the ability to set a date for which you would like to reach this goal by
