Where Can I See The Complete Logs For A Particular Exercise?

To view your complete logs on the website, you will log into your My-JEFIT account and then click on the "Exercises" tab on the top navigational bar. 

On the main page, you will navigate throughout the entire exercise database to find the exercises with the logs that you would like to view.

Click on the exercise and when on the exercise detail page, you will look for the button that states "Track Progress" and you will want to click on this button to view all of the logs for the exercise selected. 



 

Once you have clicked on the "Track Progress" button, you will be redirected to the chart/progress page for that exercise where you will be able to view graphs for your workout progress on that exercise, your training progress as well as all previously logs that you have recorded.

 


 

Applications

To view your complete logs for a particular exercise, you will need to be using the JEFIT Pro App.

Via pro, to view individual logs for a particular exercise, you will want to open up the app and then click on the exercise button from the home screen.

Once on the body part selection page, you will select the body part and find the exercise that you want to view logs for.

Then when you have found the exercise you are looking for and are on the exercise detail page, you will then notice a page or "Log" button on the screen


          

By clicking on this button, you will be able to view all of the logs that you have recorded for that specific exercise. You will also be able to edit any logs that have been previously recorded as well while on this page.
